Yes. We charge $25 for shipping on all orders $124 and less. Shipping is free on all orders $125 or more.

Yes! Our products are synergistically formulated with carefully curated ingredients that are good for the skin, including a variety of different skin types. Many of our products are specifically designed to calm sensitive, dry skin. Every person’s skin is different, so it’s best to test each product first to assure it’s right for your skin. If you’re curious which products to use, we’re here to answer your questions!

Yes! Our products are cruelty-free, sulfate-free, pure quality, vegan-friendly, and gluten-free. They are also 100% free from sulfates, phthalates, toxins, GMOs, and artificial colors and fragrances.

Your skin is unique to you as an individual, and it may benefit you to use our skincare products in different ways. For locking in hydration and the ultimate glow, this is the order we recommend. 

Morning: 

1. Rinse with water.
2. Super Hydrate: Start with the Hydrating Rose Water, then apply the Hyaluronic Hydration Primer. Allow the primer to absorb completely before applying the Anti-Aging Moisturizer. 
3. Seal & Glow: Allow the moisturizer to soak in completely then apply the Glö Serum. 
4. Protect: Finish with an application of our Sheer Defense Tinted SPF 46. 

Night: 

1. Cleanse with our Exfoliating Cleanser or Gentle Cleanser
2. Super Hydrate: Start with the Hydrating Rose Water, then apply the Hyaluronic Hydration Primer. Allow the primer to absorb completely.
3. Firm & Repair: Depending on your skin, apply the Night Repair Moisturizer OR the Skin Repair Complex. For the ultimate beauty sleep, apply both starting with the Night Repair Moisturizer first.
4. Bi-Weekly: one to two times a week, after cleansing, apply a generous amount of the Firm & Hydrate Mask. Either let it sit for 20 minutes and rinse OR sleep in the mask overnight and rinse in the mornin

Appointments may be canceled without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment’s scheduled start time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged a Late Cancellation fee of the full cost of the booked session.

Skin Experts Monthly Memberships are paid month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Memberships must be cancelled prior to renewal to avoid unwanted charges. If membership is not cancelled prior to renewal, monthly fees are non-refundable. Memberships can be cancelled with written notice via email to your specific location. Members must give 30-day written notice.
